Terms and Conditions of Sale – SWICK Cupboards

1. Product Authenticity 

All items offered for sale are guaranteed to be in their original imported condition and packaging, unless explicitly stated otherwise by SWICK.

2. Needs Assessment

Upon receiving an enquiry, SWICK will engage with the client to assess requirements and provide tailoredrecommendations accordingly.

3. DIY

 All cupboards are fully manufactured as imported, ready for assembly and installation in the desired space by the client.

4. Product Inspection 

Should the client wish to proceed, SWICK will invite the client to physically visit its premises for viewing and inspection of the intended items.

5. Quotation and Payment 

Once the client confirms the desired items, SWICK will issue a detailed quotation—including banking information—and request full payment via electronic funds transfer (EFT).

6. Collection of Goods

Upon confirmation that payment has been received and validated in SWICK’s designated bank account, the client may collect the items during standard office hours from SWICK’s storage facility in Pretoria East.

7. Assistance with Transportation

 If the client requires assistance, SWICK will suggest alternative ways to transport the goods from SWICK’s storage to the client’s place. 

8. Returns and Refunds

 Purchased and received items may be returned within five (5) working days of collection, provided they are in their original condition and packaging, to qualify for a refund.
